All members of the St. Catharines Game and Fish Association share some basic rights (Not-for-Profit Corporations Act Section 48) including the right to:
- Uphold the values of St. Catharines Game and Fish Association and participate in the activities of the Association to help achieve our mission statement.
- Participate in the Members Challenge.
- Participate in exclusive members events.
- Access exclusive discounts on launch passes.
- Vote at meetings of members on matters such as electing directors, appointing auditors, and other members’ business.
- Submit resolutions for discussion by the general meeting of the members, as well as provide suggestions, questions and recommendations to the Board of Directors and committees.
- Participate in the various committees of the association.
- Access the nonprofit’s articles and bylaws.
- Access the minutes of member meetings and committee meetings.
- Access member resolutions and resolutions from any committee of members.
- Access financial statements.
